RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY


We have tried our best to accurately describe the products we sell. In the event that goods are not true to description or faulty, we will accept the goods for return and refund your money, no questions asked. We accept responsibility for properly packaging and addressing the goods but we act only as an agent on your behalf for shipping via the courier companies and in the event of the loss or damage to goods in shipping this becomes a claim on the courier company. We will make every effort to obtain compensation on your behalf under such circumstances. It is your responsibility to determine the suitability of the product purchased for the purpose you intend. In any circumstances the limit of our responsibility is the replacement of any goods accepted for credit or the refund of the applicable purchase cost. Once your goods have been returned to us and passed quality checks, we will process your refund request. Your refund will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase excluding courier charges, within 30 days of the initial return request received via email. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place.

*PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT*

Our courier company requires notification within 24 hours of delivery of any damaged goods in transit, for insurance claim purposes. In this instance due to time restrictions please email or telephone and we will arrange a re-send. *You received an incorrect product Please telephone by next business day: +1 774-372-8896 We will arrange courier collection of the incorrect product and send out the correct product. All returns must be in their original packaging and original condition.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE*

DSBN recommends that customers thoroughly inspect goods upon receipt, and before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. We try to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issue. Please note: we will not refund postage and packaging unless goods are faulty. There is no return or exchange for sale of promotional items. We will not accept any goods that have been used, altered, damaged, or have their labels removed. We cannot guarantee that we will be willing to accept the item for return or exchange if you do not contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your goods. Your order is processed and packed with great care within 3-4 days of receiving your order, because our products are being made with love and care, fresh, weekly by hand in small batches.

You will normally receive two emails from us. The first email is your confirmation of the order. This is confirmation that we have received your order.It is not confirmation that the order you have placed is guaranteed to be in stock or that it can be fulfilled.
Sometimes errors do occur in our stock inventory or other customers’ orders just before you. We cannot be liable or responsible for any loss occurring because your items are not in stock. We will endeavor to contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.

The 2nd email you get from us is your email receipt, which means that your order has been processed, your item(s) are in stock and are being shipped. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the time estimate (the estimate is in working days unless otherwise stated). However, this is an estimate, and delivery within the time quoted cannot be guaranteed.

We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery over the estimated time provided.

Please note that we do not dispatch goods to PO Boxes and reserve the right to cancel any order where the address is later found to be a PO Box. Please refer to the Delivery section for further information.

NON DELIVERY:

It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify us if the goods have not been received within7 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt of your 2 emails notifying you of shipment. If no notification is made within this time period, the buyer shall be deemed to have received the goods.
