ORDER AND DELIVERY POLICY
Hours of operation: Dazzling Skin By Nature is open Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm excluding USA public holidays. Your order is processed and packed with great care within 3-4 days of receiving your order, because our products are being made with love and care, fresh, weekly by hand in small batches. You will normally receive two emails from us. The first email is your confirmation of order. This is confirmation that we have received your order. It is not confirmation that the order you have placed is guaranteed to be in stock or that it can be fulfilled. Sometimes errors do occur in our stock inventory or other customers order just before you. We cannot be liable or responsible for any loss occurring because your items are not in stock. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if this is the case. The 2nd email you get from us is your email receipt and means that your order has been processed, your item(s) are in stock and are being shipped. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the time estimate (the estimate is in working days unless otherwise stated). However, this is an estimate, and delivery within the time quoted cannot be guaranteed. If the goods are not delivered within the time we have estimated, please feel free to contact us by phone +1 774-372-8896 and email (maria-dazzlingskin@outlook.com) and we will try to resolve the issue promptly. We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery over the estimated time provided. Please note that we do not dispatch goods to PO Boxes and reserve the right to cancel any order where the address is later found to be a PO Box. Please refer to the Delivery section for further information.
NON DELIVERY
It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify us if the goods have not been received within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt of your 2 emails notifying you of shipment. If no notification is made within this time period the buyer shall be deemed to have received the goods.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We currently offer shipping to USA and CANADA Only, with the future prospect of delivering in other countries around the world. The delivery time stated against each product provides an estimate of how long it will take to deliver an item in working days. We will often outperform these estimates, but on occasions, and often due to circumstances outside of our control your product may be delayed.
Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc, there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order, so please allow extra time for delivery and place your order way in advance. Our aim is to dispatch within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment.
We ship with major national courier companies to a physical address (NOT a PO BOX number).No orders will be dispatched until full payment has been received.
We are NOT responsible for packages deemed undeliverable, etc. If a package is returned to us, it will not be shipped out again for an additional 2-3 business days and at the buyers’ expense. We will contact you if this occurs and send an invoice for the reshipping fee.
